Claire Manning is an illustrator based out of Toronto, Canada. A graduate of the prestigious, yet extinct, Sheridan College 3-year illustration diploma program, she spends her time observing and investigating the world for interesting and cute ways to convey her vision. Her style can be described as whimsical, fun and always full of life. She enjoys using natural grounds, and uses elements of fabric patterns to accentuate her characters and themes.
Claire’s work has been featured in various publications such as The National Post, The Globe and Mail, Homemakers Magazine, Where Magazine, and Canadian Family Magazine. Companies including Hershey’s Canada, Workopolis, and Frito Lays have utilized her art. In addition to her illustration work Claire is also active in the Toronto art gallery scene. She has successfully organized two shows and has won awards at various juried events. She is endlessly inspired by the peers with whom she shares a profession and looks forward to illustrating until she’s old and grey.
